Butler County Aquatics Facilities
Aplington City Pool
Aplington, IAHours: 1-5 6-8 daily
Hours are 1 to 5 and 6 to 8 every day. On Mon, Wed, and Thurs pool is open 8 to 9 pm for adults (18 and over) swim/exercise.
Bristow Splash Pad
Bristow, IAHours: 10am–8pm daily
Located at the Memorial Park in Bristow, this splash pad is the perfect way for young children to cool off during a hot day. It’s open during summer months.
Clarksville Splash Pad
Clarksville, IAHours: 9am–9pm daily
This splash pad at Volunteer Park provides youth and families with a free and safe place to cool down and have fun!
Greene Aquatic Center
Greene, IAHours: 1pm–8pm daily
Zero depth entry, a water slide, diving board, and water mushroom make this pool the perfect summer spot for all ages. Swimming lessons and water aerobics are also offered. The Greene Aquatic Center is open mid-May through mid-August.
Parkersburg Swimming Pool
Parkersburg, IAHours: 12pm–2:30pm, 3:30pm–6pm, 7pm–8:30pm daily
The Parkersburg pool provides fun for all ages including a baby pool, two diving boards, a slide, a water basketball hoop, and six racing lanes. Water aerobics, lap swim, swimming lessons, mommy & me classes, and a swim team are all available.
Shell Rock Aquatic Center
Shell Rock, IAHours: 1pm–8pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday / 1pm–6:30pm Tuesday, Thursday
Coming to Shell Rock this summer, this new aquatic center will have increased space for lap swim, swim lessons, water aerobics, a slide, a diving board, volleyball net and basketball hoops, large bath house area, deep water swim area, and a zero-entry area for increased accessibility!

Conrad Swimming Pool
Conrad, IAHours: 12:30pm–8pm Monday through Friday, 12:30pm–6pm Saturday and Sunday
This swimming pool features amenities like a sand play area, diving area, and 110’ water slide. Lap swim times and pool rental are available.
Dike Swimming Pool
Dike, IAHours: 1pm–8:30pm daily
The Dike Swimming pool offers open swim, lap swim, swimming lessons, and pool rental during the summer months. Passes can be purchased for a family, individual, daily fee, and children 4 and under are free.
Grundy Family Aquatic Center
Grundy Center, IAHours: 1pm–8pm daily
This aquatic center features two diving boards, a large deep end area, and a play area for young children. Season passes and daily passes are available for purchase.
Reinbeck Swimming Pool
Reinbeck, IAHours: 1pm–5pm, 6pm–8pm daily
A large slide, two diving boards, deep end area, and swim lessons are all available at this pool!
Wellsburg Swimming Pool
Wellsburg, IAHours: 1pm–5pm, 7pm–8:30pm daily
Cool off in the Wellsburg pool that includes two water slides and a nearby park to enjoy during breaktime!
