Butler-Grundy Development Alliance (BDGA) was created with the merger of the Butler County Development Corporation and the Grundy County Development Alliance. We are the lead economic development organization serving our two counties, which are part of the Cedar Valley Region of Iowa. BGDA promotes economic prosperity by providing resources and building relationships to help attract and retain business and industry, promote visitor attractions, and to support community development.

2026 Visitor Guide Now Available

The 2026 visitor guide combines both counties into one publication.
The Butler and Grundy County Visitor Guide provides information on attractions, events, camping, bike trails, lodging, and more.
You can find a downloadable version here on the website, or pickup a free print version at various locations in both counties.
Distribution points include the TA Travel Center on Highway 20 at the Highway 14 exit, at public libraries in the two counties, along with various other locations.
